Angie C. McCollom - R.D.A.
Angie entered the dental field in 1998 and became a Registered Dental Assistant (R.D.A.) in 2002. Prior to joining our team in 2003, Angie was the senior assistant for a dental practice for 6 years.
"My goal is to educate our patients by answering every question and concern the patient has about their smile. I take great pride in my duties, and as a team player strive in making my patients comfortable while they are in our care. I want everyone to feel like they can kick off their shoes, grab a blanket, relax and watch TV... and then trust that we will do the very best work each and every time they are here."
Angie has attended numerous continuing educational seminars, including courses sponsored by the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, and Pinnacle Study Club of Nashville; as well as local continuing educational seminars sponsored by the Nashville Dental Society. She is the doctor's "right hand" in performing all aesthetic and general procedures.
Angie was raised in Nashville, Tennessee.
Nikki Hamilton - Business Assistant
After having moved at a young age from a small town in Southern California, Nikki grew up in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Upon the completion of her formal education in 2005, Nikki came into the dental field "entirely out of the blue". She began working in a busy corporate practice in her hometown, which eventually led her to transfer to the Nashville area in the Spring of 2007. She became a part of Dr. Whaley's team in early Spring of 2008.
"I had no idea that I would be working in such an extraordinary profession. I gave it a chance and am very glad I did. I have met so many wonderful people along the way, and truly love getting to know the patients that walk through our door."
Melissa Stewart - R.D.A.
Melissa was born in Michigan, But relocated to Tennessee in 1990. She now resides in Spring Hill with her husband and 4 year old daughter.
She has been a dental assistant since 2003, she is very up to date on the latest continuing education courses, procedures, and technology.
"I am very dedicated to my job, I love dentistry and it is very important for me to not only educate out patients to the best of my knowledge, but also make them comfortable with their treatment and care."
Outside of work Melissa enjoys spending time with her family anf friends, boating, and attending Motocross races with her husband.
