Brentwood Dentist - Mark B. Whaley, DDS - General & Aesthetic Dentistry

Dr. Whaley grew up in North Hollywood, California.  After receiving his doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Dental Medicine, he became a commissioned officer in the U. S. Navy and was stationed in San Diego, California.  During this time he was mentored by some of the finest specialists in all aspects of dentistry; which was instrumental in ushering him into a new frontier of dentistry… Cosmetic Dentistry.

In 1982, he opened a private dental practice in Encino, California.  His dream of developing a dental practice of "understated elegance" flourished, catering to people of all aspects of the entertainment business of Los Angeles.  His practice continued to grow until 1995, when he married and moved to Nashville, Tennessee.  There he established an Aesthetic and General Dental Practice in the Maryland Farms area of Brentwood.

Welcoming Dr. Whaley to Nashville, were 40 of his patients who had previously moved from the Los Angeles area.  Most of these families were connected with the music industry and, with the shift happening in that industry, had moved from Los Angeles to Nashville.

The practice today consists of people from all walks of life.  Whether you are a business executive, recording artist, or mother of 4, our desire for you is to have the best of dental health, with an attractive smile.  Our entire team is dedicated to the advancement of Aesthetic Dentistry.  As a sustaining member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and numerous professional organizations, we take pride in becoming one of the premier dental offices of Nashville.
